Our site is completely secure and you should have no concerns with safety. All credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection. Also, we have never or will ever sell or share any of the contact information you provide us. Any and all of your personal information is guarded and will only be used to contact you in regards to your order.
Ways to Pay:
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment. We have discontinued money order payments for the time being as they are causing complications with deliveries.
Returning a Purchase:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit.
The people we know, they are so international:
International orders are subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county’s government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Official Crown of Laurel. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you.
